40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $195,000 - $203,000/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

- Applying expertise in Maximo, Primavera, APO, Manugistics, Aspen, SAP, or Oracle;

- Supporting teams with the design and implementation of continuous improvement processes through either Lean, Lean-Sigma, Six Sigma, or Kaizen events;

- Applying expertise in the following software solutions to assist in process improvement related projects and tasks: CMMS, Planning and Scheduling, ERP, Sustainability; and

- Leveraging tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx for reporting and decision-making.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
