Description and Requirements

We are seeking a Market Development Operations Coordinator to support the Global OEM Market Development team. This role is ideal for someone interested in marketing operations, data tracking, and program support within a global B2B organization.

In this role, you will support day-to-day marketing operations, including budget tracking, reporting, and coordination across teams. You will help collect and organize data from multiple tools and partners to ensure accuracy and consistency, while gaining exposure to global marketing programs and alliance partnerships.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams such as Product Management, Regional Marketing, Sales Enablement, Web, and external agencies. This role reports to the Director of Global Market Development & Strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing operations activities, including tracking budgets and spend for marketing and alliance programs
  • Assist with collecting, organizing, and maintaining marketing data and reports
  • Help prepare materials for quarterly business reviews and regular marketing updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on program execution and event logistics
  • Support purchase order and invoice tracking in internal systems
  • Communicate budget updates, forecast changes, and program status to stakeholders


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, program coordination, or a related role


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor documentation (e.g., Ariba, SOWs, invoices)
  • Experience using marketing and content tools such as AEM and HighSpot
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Data analysis skills working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Clear communicator who works well with cross‑functional teams
  • Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment

This position will be based in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Our office has transitioned to a hybrid work environment supporting 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Candidates that are already local to Raleigh, NC are preferred.
