About the Role

We are hiring a Part-Time Marketing Consulting Associate to support strategy, marketing, and leadership consulting engagements with CEOs and mid-sized companies. This is a text-heavy, ideas-driven role focused on elite strategic thinking, revenue growth, and signal-over-noise leadership communication — not implementation or endless meetings.

This position is ideal for former top-tier consultants, MBA graduates, or strategy generalists who want meaningful, flexible work, enjoy deep thinking, and are excited by the creative leverage of generative AI.

You will work fully remotely, primarily via SMS, email, and asynchronous collaboration, with optional monthly Zoom calls. No client travel. No face-to-face meetings.

This role is intentionally designed as a high-leverage platform — a place to do excellent work, earn strong hourly pay, and optionally use the experience as a springboard for your own ventures.

Ideal Background

We are especially interested in candidates with experience from:

* McKinsey, Bain, Accenture (or comparable strategy/consulting firms)

* MBA (Top 10 preferred; Harvard Business School a strong plus)
