<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>JOB LEVEL</b></p>P20<p style="text-align:left"><b>EMPLOYEE ROLE</b></p>Individual Contributor<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><b>What you’ll do</b></div><ul><li>Build backend components with modern tools and technologies</li><li>Work with highly scalable distributed systems and own some of the cloud services.</li><li>Participate in all aspects of software development activities including design, estimation, coding, code review, unit-testing and bug fixing.</li><li>Handling non-functional requirements like performance, memory leaks etc.</li><li>Fast prototyping of ideas and concepts.</li><li>Research the latest industry trends.</li><li>Mentor developers to help our team reach its maximum potential.</li></ul><div><b>What you need to succeed</b></div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering (equivalent education or work experience).</li><li>2-5 years of programming experience with Java technologies.
