Montrose Medical is Canada’s newest federally licensed medical cannabis provider. We hold a Health Canada Medical Sales with Possession licence and are currently onboarding thousands of Canadians into our national virtual medical program.

Our intake, booking, scheduling, and compliance workflows are fully built. We are now expanding our clinical team to handle demand at scale.

The Role

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to conduct 10-minute virtual cannabis consultations for adult patients across Canada.

This is a straightforward, low-barrier clinical assessment supported by our automated intake forms, pre-screening, and scheduling systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct 10-minute virtual consultations via secure video.
  • Review completed patient intake forms (already automated).
  • Assess eligibility for medical cannabis under Health Canada guidelines.
  • Issue medical documents (as permitted under your license).
  • Maintain concise, compliant charting.

Compensation & Schedule

  • $30 per 10-minute consult
  • Flexible hours — work anytime, from anywhere
  • High patient volume available (we are converting thousands of users)
  • No overhead, no admin, no manual scheduling

Requirements

To apply, you must have:

  • Active license with CPSO or CNO (or equivalent NP governing body depending on your province).
  • Ability to practice in your respective province and ideally across multiple provinces/territories.
  • Experience in telemedicine or virtual care is an asset, but not required.
  • Comfort with cannabis-based medical treatment (training provided).
  • High standards for patient care and compliance.
