Office Assistant

Joy of Living Interior Design, Inc. is the area's most beautiful full-service interior design and furniture showroom. Joy of Living has an EXCITING OPPORTUNITY with potential for growth as a part-time Office Assistant.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills a must
  • Outstanding communication skills necessary
  • Easily and confidently converse with clients
  • Knowledge of Excel and/or Outlook a plus
  • Working days: Tuesday & Thursday are most important days, with flexibility to work a third day as needed
  • Must have a car

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with deliveries of accessories, pictures, lamps, and samples
  • Update and maintain sales aids and fabric samples
  • Accept in-home and showroom deliveries
  • Maintain showroom inventory spreadsheet
  • Comfortable taking photos and videos in clients’ homes to post on social media
  • Welcome walk-in potential clients, as needed
  • Calls to clients and vendors

Compensation: Based on experience, plus mileage
