Office Assistant
Joy of Living Interior Design, Inc. is the area's most beautiful full-service interior design and furniture showroom. Joy of Living has an EXCITING OPPORTUNITY with potential for growth as a part-time Office Assistant.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills a must
- Outstanding communication skills necessary
- Easily and confidently converse with clients
- Knowledge of Excel and/or Outlook a plus
- Working days: Tuesday & Thursday are most important days, with flexibility to work a third day as needed
- Must have a car
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with deliveries of accessories, pictures, lamps, and samples
- Update and maintain sales aids and fabric samples
- Accept in-home and showroom deliveries
- Maintain showroom inventory spreadsheet
- Comfortable taking photos and videos in clients’ homes to post on social media
- Welcome walk-in potential clients, as needed
- Calls to clients and vendors
Compensation: Based on experience, plus mileage
