Office Coordinator

We’re a growing landscaping company looking for a reliable, organized Office Coordinator to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role focuses on scheduling, customer communication, and office support

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls, emails and direct them to the right department
  • Plan and schedule appointments for clients, organized and delegate clients requested to the right department.
  • Track job progress updates and communicate timelines or changes to customers
  • Coordinate daily and weekly crew schedules with field supervisors
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Help keep the office running smoothly by improving workflows and processes

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or or service-based industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with scheduling software, email, and basic document tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
