Office Coordinator
We’re a growing landscaping company looking for a reliable, organized Office Coordinator to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role focuses on scheduling, customer communication, and office support
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls, emails and direct them to the right department
- Plan and schedule appointments for clients, organized and delegate clients requested to the right department.
- Track job progress updates and communicate timelines or changes to customers
- Coordinate daily and weekly crew schedules with field supervisors
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Help keep the office running smoothly by improving workflows and processes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or or service-based industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with scheduling software, email, and basic document tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
