About the Role The Onboarding Manager – Multi-Channel Pro owns the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers, guiding them from kickoff through activation and go-live across a ***** day journey. The role covers technical setup, integrations, training, and hands-on support. This is a highly client-facing, technical role working closely with Product, Support, and Customer Success. You'll partner directly with customers to understand their workflows, configure integrations, deliver training, and ensure they reach value quickly and confidently. What You'll Do Own the full onboarding lifecycle for Multi-Channel Pro customers, from kickoff to activation and go-live Manage multiple onboarding engagements in parallel, each running ***** days Lead technical setup and configuration, including integrations with marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and third-party tools Deliver structured onboarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and live training tailored to customer needs Act as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, providing hands-on guidance and support Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with Product and Support teams Set clear onboarding plans, milestones, and success criteria to keep customers on track Educate customers on best practices, workflows, and product capabilities to drive early adoption Gather feedback from onboarding engagements to inform product improvements and documentation Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure a smooth handover post-go-live What We're Looking For Experience in a customer onboarding, implementation, solutions, or technical account role within B2B SaaS Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand integrations, APIs, data flows, and system configurations Comfort delivering live training sessions and explaining complex concepts in clear, simple terms Proven experience in a client-facing role managing multiple stakeholders Ability to ramp quickly on new products and develop deep product expertise Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Comfortable working US time zones and supporting customers globally Highly organized, process-driven, and able to manage multiple onboarding timelines simultaneously A people-first mindset — empathetic, patient, and confident working with customers at different levels of technical maturity Why This Role Matters Multi-Channel Pro is a critical growth product for Threecolts, and onboarding is where customer success is won or lost.
