Communicates directly with customers on assigned responsibilities and tasks Communicates directly with service providers regarding customers’ transactions/escalation Communicates internally with other departments, following up on pending issues related to customer requests Helping Ops managers with liquidity movements and proper liquidity management Settlement of high‑value fiat and crypto deals Act as the Voice of Customer, collecting and escalating client feedback to Ops managers Proactively identify and share areas of improvement in the Operations processes and procedures The ideal candidate will have the following: Min. 2 years’ experience within cryptocurrency and blockchain financial operations Knowledge of how digital currencies work, blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and different blockchain networks Understanding of potential risks in the crypto space, and how to mitigate them Ability to manage crypto operations, which are highly sensitive and critical Result‑driven person with goal‑oriented mindset, passionate about the payments industry and with proven track record of achieving results as part of the Operations team Strong communication and people skills Familiar with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) as well as Jira.
