Optical Assembler - $20-$23/hr, Day Shift
Adecco Staffing is currently hiring Optical Assemblers for full-time, contract-to-hire roles in the Finishing Department of a well-established manufacturer in Keene, NH. In this position, you'll be assembling high-precision electro/mechanical systems in a clean, detail-focused environment.

Shifts & Schedule:
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
What You'll Do:
Perform assembly of electro/mechanical systems, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components
Build wiring harnesses and install precision parts based on technical schematics
Use various measuring instruments and inspection gauges to ensure accuracy
Complete detailed, hands-on assembly tasks with consistency and care
Follow safety and quality standards while meeting production goals
Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For:
High School diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly
Ability to read and understand technical schematics, blueprints, and specifications
Experience using measuring tools and inspection gauges
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Comfortable standing, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs on a regular basis
