Administrative Assistant / PA (Grade D)<br><br><p><br><strong>Hours:</strong> 18.5 per week (flexible working days over 2/3 days per week (Monday to Friday only)<br> <strong>Start Date:</strong> As soon as possible <br> </p><br><br>About the Role<br><br><p><br>We are seeking a proactive and well?organised <strong>Administrative Assistant/ PA</strong> to provide high?quality administrative support to a Director within the business. This is a part?time role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is confident using modern digital tools such as Outlook, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. <br>You will play a key role in helping the team operate effectively by managing meetings, maintaining records, coordinating travel, and supporting wider administrative tasks.</p><br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li><strong>Arrange meetings</strong>, including preparing agendas.</li><li><strong>End to end</strong> Diary Management</li><li><strong>Take minutes</strong> and track follow?up actions to ensure timely completion.</li><li><strong>Book travel</strong> and associated arrangements when required.</li><li><strong>Maintain and update Outlook Groups, SharePoint sites, and Teams Groups</strong>, ensuring all data is complete, well?organised, and accurately filed.</li><li>Provide <strong>general administrative support</strong> to the wider team as needed.</li></ul><br><br>About You<br><br><p><br>You will be someone who is:</p><ul><li>Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools.</li><li>A good communicator with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Able to work flexibly across the week to meet team needs.</li></ul><br><br> <br><br>
