Packaging Designer Needed to Execute Premium Influencer Mailer Box Concept

We’re looking for an experienced packaging designer to help bring an already-developed mailer box concept to life for a beauty/lifestyle product launch. The creative direction is established. We now need someone who can translate that vision into a polished, production-ready execution.

This will be used primarily for influencer seeding, PR outreach, and special promotional shipments.

Project Scope

- Translate an existing creative concept into final packaging design

- Refine exterior and interior box layout

- Ensure structural feasibility and production readiness

- Design and/or format inserts, collateral, or interior presentation elements

- Prepare print-ready files, dielines, and specs for vendors

- Provide guidance on materials, finishes, and practical production considerations

Style Direction

-Premium, elevated presentation

- Designed for strong social media unboxing moments

- Gift-worthy feel, not standard retail packaging

Ideal Experience

- Packaging execution (not just concept design)

- Beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, or influencer mailers preferred

- Strong print production knowledge

- Experience coordinating with packaging vendors or printers

- Portfolio showing premium packaging work required
