What You’ll Do:
  • Package finished products according to blueprint and customer specifications
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Handle and prepare materials carefully for shipment
  • Select correct packaging materials and generate accurate shipping labels
  • Follow packaging logs and customer checklists to ensure compliance
  • Maintain inventory of packaging supplies and manage transfers
  • Coordinate with operations to meet shipping schedules
  • Complete required documentation and update logs in Excel/Word
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow strict cleaning standards
  • Suggest process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
Work Environment:
  • Manufacturing setting with machinery and moderate noise
  • Standing, bending, stooping throughout shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Requires strong visual inspection skills and manual dexterity
