We are currently hiring for a Permanent Dispatch/Customer service rep on Weekends

Permanent Part-time

Position Dispatch/Customer Service (PT Weekends)
Salary 23/hr
Shift Time Saturday 8AM – 4PM (In Office)
Sunday 8AM-4PM (Remote)

  • Someone flexible to increase hours PT during the week 6PM-10PM at times
Location Brampton
Important Notes Training for this role will be Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM for 2-3weeks on site.

Keys to filling:
  • 2-3 years of current Admin Experience – ANY SERVICE INDUSTRY
  • Strong computer aptitude: Word, Excel, Outlook (Salesforce would be an Asset)
  • Flawless communication skills – will be dealing with Technicians, and Customers – Need to be able to de-escalate irate or frustrated customers with ease and composure
  • Looking for a quick learner, someone with really strong data entry/accuracy (Reports have lots of numbers and need to be very concise.)
Job Summary:
As a member of the administration team, your position will primarily be responsible for providing clerical support duties associated with the day-to-day operations of the Caledon Administration Department.

Responsibilities:
? Provide on-going administrative support
? Type correspondence as required
? Assume responsibility for clerical duties i.e. photocopying, filing, etc…
? Provide the primary phone support
? Provide main support for scheduling and dispatching service/maintenance/duct cleanings
? Provide main support for inputting schedules. This would include organizing time off/vacation requests/meetings with manager approval
? Provide support for maintaining technician skill sets
? Manage workforce/workload as needed to best suite the needs of the business and customers
? Monitoring reports daily to assist with dispatch, e.g. multiple visit report, customer promise report
? Monitor Task list
? Monitor and action follow up queue/schedule except queue and work cases accordingly
? Main support in preparing Power BI reporting
? Booking tank exchanges and monitoring queue
? Creating opportunities and monitoring queue
? Provide additional administrative support when needed
