We are a community of excellence.Providing quality care is the cornerstone of our organization.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>Brighter, Stronger Foundation is seeking Mental Health Therapists to provide quality, individualized treatment to our growing clientele within the Harford County public school system.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide quality clinical assessment and treatment, interventions and care based on established best practices and medical necessity guidelines</li><li>Complete diagnostic assessments and develop measurable treatment plans to meet needs and goals of clients</li><li>Complete diagnostic assessment tools that support and correspond with client’s clinical presentation</li><li>Complete client notes capturing each client session</li><li>Complete clinical documentation in compliance with payor standards</li><li>Maintain clear, up-to-date client records and communications in HIPAA compliant EHR</li><li>Provide culturally sensitive, client-centered care</li><li>Work collaboratively with members of BSF’s team</li><li>Provide community referral sources as required throughout care and at discharge</li><li>When relevant, coordinate care with prescriber, PCP, or other collaterals</li><li>Maintain a confidential and professional looking virtual office space</li><li>Remain in compliance with company policies and procedures</li><li>Maintain good standing with all licensing boards</li><li>Complete all required continuing education requirements for licensure and specializations</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer?</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Direct Admin Support</strong>: Dedicated care coordination team to manage referrals, and match you with clients that fit your expertise.
