WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet students, families, and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to basic questions about programs and schedules
- Assist with class and camp checkin and checkout
- Handle emails and basic administrative tasks
- Support customer service needs calmly and professionally
- Keep the front desk and reception area organized and welcoming
- Communicate with instructors and staff to support daily operations
- Handle confidential information responsibly
- Friendly, positive, and customerfocused attitude
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Reliable, punctual, and wellorganized
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling tools, spreadsheets)
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative work is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
