We are inviting applications for the Passenger Inside Sales Representative position based in San Francisco, California. This role represents STARLUX within the local travel advisor and business community, supporting both inside sales planning and outside relationship development. You will introduce our brand, strengthen partnerships, and help travelers discover new journeys between North America and Asia.

Because the position works closely with our Taiwan headquarters and regional partners, Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is an important working language for coordination, reporting, and communication. This requirement reflects the collaborative nature of a global airline operation, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds who meet the qualifications and are interested in growing within international aviation.

Responsibilities

1. Passenger Sales & Marketing Development

  • Support fare proposals, contract renewals, and promotional offers for agency and corporate partners.
  • Conduct fare testing and monitor sales performance across assigned accounts.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and market analysis for local management and headquarters.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities in coordination with Taiwan headquarters.
  • Maintain relationships with existing travel agencies and provide ongoing support.
  • Represent STARLUX at product presentations, training seminars, and partner meetings in the local market.
  • Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
  • Support digital marketing and online sales initiatives as needed.
  • Travel locally to meet agents, corporate clients, and prospective partners.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate manager.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) required to coordinate with headquarters and international partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for business meetings.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Salary commensurate with experience.

Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent experience.
