Patient Financing Specialist ~ PST/MST

Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our TAG Patient Finance team as an Patient Financing Administrator.

Job Summary

We are seeking an upbeat, patient-centric, operations-minded self-starter, who brings a positive attitude and a passion for working across internal teams to resolve patient financing related items. This position will correspond remotely with our office teams to improve their knowledge and execution of third-party financing, improving access to care and the overall user and patient experience across TAG Brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on patient financing products and procedures across the TAG brands.
  • Support and answer Field Operations questions pertaining to patient financing products, procedures, and policies.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively through phone, e-mail, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and the Department ticketing system.
  • Ownership of Patient Financing Tickets and resolution:
  • Provide a first level same-day response.
  • Resolve in 1-3 business days depending on the issue.
  • Engage appropriate Teams for a timely resolution.
  • Effectively communicate all updates and open items to the Office and/or applicable Teams.
  • Track and maintain company Internal Compliance.
  • Complete the Lender Required Compliance requirements.
  • Guide offices for all collateral audits and maintain accurate office inventory.
  • Run all New Office Opening Calls for Patient Financing specific Training.
  • Partner in updating and creating training resources.
  • Assist with product changes, rollouts, and general education communications.
  • Help drive company compliance through report management and field communications.
  • *Position may require limited travel for training opportunities*

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Associate degree, or related experience equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and analyzing reports and data.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare and dental industry (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience with Excel macros (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience assisting in the training of multiple levels of experienced attendees preferred.
  • Hours for coverage are 8 AM - 5 PM either PST/MST

Hourly Rate Starting at $24.00/hr.
