As a Manager in our Business Performance capability, you will play a pivotal role in advising and implementing programs that align with strategic direction, organizational purpose, and culture. Your key responsibilities In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering processes, solutions, or projects with a keen focus on quality and effective risk management. You will engage in continuous process improvement, identify innovative solutions through research and analysis, and leverage best practices to guide your team and clients. Your days will be filled with challenges that require you to apply your expertise, offering you the chance to grow and learn in a supportive environment. This position will require regular travel as needed by our external clients. Responsibilities • Lead workstream delivery with a focus on program/project management • Actively participate in client working sessions and lead workstream planning, execution, and closure • Support sales opportunities and lead specific RFP responses Requirements • A Bachelor's degree in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology • Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience with previous, recent experience in top tier consulting organization • Technical skills in change management and experience design • Strong capabilities in communications and engagement strategy and delivery • Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis and modeling • Experience in leadership and workforce assessment • Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy • Talent analytics and dashboarding • Coaching and personal development • Team effectiveness and development • Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office. Nice-to-haves • Current or previous experience with Oil and Gas sector, or an interest in learning the sector • Proven experience in building and managing relationships and communicating with impact • Digital fluency and the ability to lead teams effectively • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, coupled with managing change • Commercial astuteness and a solid understanding of sustainability and systems thinking • Sector knowledge relevant to the role Benefits • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $125,900 to $231,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $151,200 to $262,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. • Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
