**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant Intern to support our founder and management team. This is an unpaid internship, ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in administrative and executive support. The intern will be expected to work up to 16 hours per week and will benefit from free membership to all our webinars and panels, providing an excellent opportunity to learn from industry leaders and grow their professional network.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the founder and management team with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage and organize the calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle email correspondence, draft and proofread documents, and manage communication.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use.
- Assist in planning and organizing events, webinars, and panels.
- Maintain and update contact lists, files, and records.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.

**Requirements:**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Passionate about supporting others and eager to learn.
