Must possess excellent communication skills and time management, as well as initiative and the ability to work independently with minimum oversight.</span><br style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;"><br style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;"><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;"><strong style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px;"><u>Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:</u></strong><br style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px;"><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px;">Requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in urban planning, GIS, geography or closely related field.</span></span><p style="font-style: normal; margin: 10px 0px; color: inherit; text-indent: 0px; text-align: justify;" data-pasted="true"><strong>The functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this class.
