In this role, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of agreements while working in close coordination with a team of contract professionals. The ideal candidate is a "team-first" contributor—someone who excels at individual drafting and negotiation but also thrives on sharing knowledge and improving collective workflows to help the entire department succeed.</p><p></p><h1>Key Responsibilities</h1><h3></h3><h3><b>Contract Drafting & Negotiation</b></h3><ul><li><p><b>Standard Agreements:</b> Prepare, review, and negotiate standard agreements (e.g., NDAs, MSAs, Vendor Contracts), working closely with business stakeholders and outside parties to ensure goals are met.</p></li><li><p><b>Custom Drafting:</b> Draft language for new requirements and specialized projects as business needs evolve.</p></li><li><p><b>Attorney Support:</b> Assist counsel in the drafting, editing, and execution of complex documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</p></li></ul><h3></h3><h3><b>Team Collaboration & Operations</b></h3><ul><li><p><b>Collective Effort:</b> Work as part of a unified contracts team to balance workloads, peer-review drafts, and ensure consistency in contract interpretation.</p></li><li><p><b>Knowledge Sharing:</b> Contribute to a shared library of templates and playbooks to ensure the team remains aligned and efficient.</p></li><li><p><b>Process Improvement:</b> On own initiative, propose and drive continuous improvements to legal processes that enhance the efficiency of the entire team.</p></li></ul><h3></h3><h3><b>Lifecycle Management & Reporting</b></h3><ul><li><p><b>Process Oversight:</b> Maintain the contract management process to ensure a smooth flow of execution and archiving.</p></li><li><p><b>Accuracy:</b> Ensure the integrity of the contract database and the secure storage of all executed documents.</p></li><li><p><b>Activity Reporting:</b> Issue regular reports on contract activities, deadlines, and departmental metrics.</p></li></ul><h2></h2><h1>Who You Are</h1><ul><li><p><b>Experience:</b> 5+ years of experience in contract administration, paralegal work, or a related legal environment.</p></li><li><p><b>Collaborative Mindset:</b> A proven track record of working effectively within a team and a willingness to provide backup support to colleagues during peak periods.</p></li><li><p><b>Communication:</b> Strong verbal and written communication skills for negotiating with external parties and brainstorming with internal teammates.</p></li><li><p><b>Detail-Oriented:</b> Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and document version control.</p></li><li><p><b>Tech Savvy:</b> Proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software, AI (Gemini, CoPilot, etc.) and digital signature platforms.</p></li></ul><h2></h2><h1>Who We Are</h1><p>You will be joining a supportive environment where "continuous improvement" is part of our DNA.
