Private Swim Coach
Arizona Mobile Swim is hiring experienced swim instructors for the upcoming swim season. We are currently hiring in Yuma, Arizona.
If you enjoy working with kids and want flexible work that truly makes a difference, this may be a great fit. Our instructors help children build confidence in the water while learning essential swimming and water safety skills.
Most of our swimmers are infants, toddlers, and young children, so patience, encouragement, and strong communication with families are key.
Our program is unique because we travel to the homes of the families we serve. Reliable transportation and comfort with driving is required.
Flexible Schedule
Make your own schedule.
Many of our instructors treat this as a side hustle alongside another job, school, or seasonal work. You set your availability and we schedule lessons around it.
Need time off for vacation or summer plans? No problem. We work with your schedule.
Typical lesson times include:
- weekday afternoons and evenings
- weekend mornings
Competitive Pay
Instructors are paid per lesson and per swimmer taught.
Our instructors earn an average of $35 per hour, and many instructors make $1,000+ per week during the summer swim season depending on their availability and lesson load.
Cancellation & Weather Pay
We understand that outdoor lessons can be unpredictable.
Instructors are paid even when clients cancel the same day or weather forces a cancellation, so your time is respected.
Focus on Teaching
You get to focus on what matters most: teaching swimmers.
Arizona Mobile Swim handles the marketing, client communication, payment processing, liability insurance, and business logistics.
