Product Designer UI / UX

As a Product Designer at Quralyst, you will play a crucial role in designing real product experiences focused on intelligent research, data workflows, and high-context decision tools for finance professionals. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and mid-fidelity UI designs in Figma - Supporting ongoing UX improvements across dashboards, filters, list-building flows, and onboarding processes - Researching competing SaaS platforms to analyze patterns, interaction models, and information architecture structures - Assisting in user research synthesis by identifying friction points, suggesting improvements, and iterating on design solutions - Collaborating directly with product and engineering teams to understand constraints and think in systems - Helping refine empty states, in-app guidance, and product clarity to enhance user experience - Contributing to maintaining visual consistency and evolving the design foundation of the product You would be a strong fit for this role if you possess: - A visible history of curiosity through side projects, redesign exercises, case studies, and experiments - Genuine interest in product design, focusing on understanding why user flows work effectively - Working knowledge of Figma (required) and familiarity with Adobe Suite, HTML, and CSS - Understanding of site mapping, information architecture, and user flows - Basic awareness of software product development processes, including handoff, constraints, and iteration cycles - Comfort in collaborating, asking questions, and receiving feedback positively Quralyst values attributes such as curiosity, learning speed, product thinking, attention to detail, and initiative over traditional qualifications like college brand, GPA, or fancy job titles.
