Product Development Manager III wanted by American Express Global Business Travel, Egencia in Bellevue, WA. • Craft and drive product strategy that aligns with company goals and drives long-term impact by deeply understanding user problems, business and technology trends and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Supply, Design and other key teams. • Collaborate with partners, product and development teams to craft technical solutions and provide detailed specifications that satisfy scalability, reliability, and performance goals. • Lead the backlog creation for a team of 7 engineers focused on driving key company metrics. Examples include driving product adoption and improving profitability. • Launch new products by collaborating with customer success and product marketing on requirements and go-to-market strategy. • Providing excellent project management skills, including active mitigation of risks to the plan, providing status updates, management of trade-offs to drive satisfactory completion of product/project, and facilitation of planning and governance activities with team(s). • Work closely with analytics and data science to measure and improve the performance of your products. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related field plus five (5) years of relevant experience. Must have: • Five (5) years of experience with API documentation and integration. • Five (5) years of experience with product management tools, including JIRA and confluence. • Five (5) years of experience with B2B including go-to-market strategy, measurement, adoption. • Two (2) years of experience with Travel industry connectivity (GDS). • Two (2) years of experience working with travel content suppliers and Property Management Systems. • Two (2) years of experience with Adobe analytics. • One (1) year of experience with AI feature product development. May work from home within commuting distance to office.
