The Opportunity

Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).

In this role you will play a key role in financial controlling by providing valuable support and guidance in all financial and commercial matters, while actively driving project performance.

This position is ideal for you if you find it easy to keep things in order according to their priority and like to complete tasks within the agreed schedule. You react to any changes and deviations in the projects’ financial status and find the reasons behind the changes. You are able to take control of project finances together with the project managers.

How you will make an impact

Assist the Tender Manager with financial analysis and commercial negotiations during the bidding phase.

Contribute to risk reviews and ensure compliance with local requirements.

Manage project financials, including order booking, invoicing, and accurate reporting.

Advise the Project Manager on cost control, schedule risks, and mitigation strategies.

Monitor cash flow, revenue, and profitability, driving improvements throughout execution.

Ensure accurate forecasts and financial statements, supporting informed decision-making.

Promote commercial awareness and support claims, contracts, and insurance processes.

Uphold corporate governance, internal controls, and compliance standards across all activities.

Your background

Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting / business administration or similar, or equivalent work experience.

3 years of operational experience in Finance and Controlling. Experience in a global manufacturing company will be highly valued.

Work experience in related areas such as business controlling, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, or similar will be advantageous.

Strategic, critical and analytical thinking capabilities, fast learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Orientation on goal, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.

Strong ownership, capability of working under pressure.

Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
