The Siemens DI Sales organization ideally focuses on providing solutions tailored to the specific needs of companies operating across a multitude of discrete, process, and hybrid industries. The CTO Customer Collaboration organization plays a crucial role in understanding needs of forward-thinking customers, positioning Siemens as a technology leader to drive digital transformation today and tomorrow for and with our customers, aligning the value of innovative and evolving Siemens solutions with customer pain points, and deploying a combination of existing, evolving and exploring product portfolio elements (HW, SW, Services) as functional solutions at customer sites, continuously learning and constantly improving. As we embark on an ambitious journey of digital transformation, we are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to spearhead our Digital Transformation Pioneering & Deployment team. This pivotal role is at the heart of our mission to redefine our Industrial Operations X Innovation Portfolio and develop and deploy novel Enterprise Solution Architectures with innovation customers and partners, driving innovation through digital excellence and collaboration. We are looking for a Project Manager –New Industrial Operations X Portfolio Deployment. This is a remote position based in the United States. You’ll make an impact by: • Shape a community of Business Development Professionals to compose integrated Siemens Industrial Operations X offerings, involving regional Business Units in the US, HQ resources, and partner teams • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices across the organization. • Manage a funnel of potential co-innovation customers, cultivating relationships and identifying opportunities for collaboration to drive mutual value. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess and prioritize projects and opportunities based on strategic business impact and resource availability. • Allocate & coordinate cross-functional commercial & technical resources for deployment projects of new offerings • Drive the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets, and regularly track and report on project progress and performance. • Implement performance measurement KPIs & enable traceability of successful innovation deployment projects, influenced revenue, sales compensation plans • Prepare internal and external reporting materials to escalate prioritizations and measures where/when necessary You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Extensive network and 10+ years of experience within Siemens Digital Industries across Business Units, product groups, functions, and hierarchies • 10+ years of experience in aligning cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver solutions across Technology, Pre-Development, R&D, Product Portfolio Management, Product Owner, General Management, Sales, Vertical, Business Development, Marketing, Finance organizations. • 10+ years of experience delivering highly complex innovation projects in manufacturing environments from ideation to implementation, combining existing, evolving, and novel product portfolio building blocks. • Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally • Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications: • Applied knowledge of Digital Threads, experience with Siemens tooling for customer requirement collection and solution mapping (Dolphin, Solutionlink, SieSales). • Proven ability to cultivate team culture, motivate and influence stakeholders across the organization without a direct reporting structure – using creative leadership techniques. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of driving results and making data-driven decisions. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Problem-solving skills that will solve the challenges of our customers and help Siemens become even more efficient internally • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload to meet multiple deadlines. • Agile or PMP certification • Experience in incubating and scaling new ventures or products • Advanced degree preferred • Phenomenal communicator with a proven track record of establishing strong customer relationships in highly technical, solution-oriented environments.
