Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales within Dubai’s off-plan property market
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
  • Conduct client presentations, site visits, and project walkthroughs
  • Lead negotiations and consistently close high-value transactions
  • Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, and developer strategies
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and project launches

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of Dubai real estate experience (off-plan mandatory)
  • Proven and verifiable sales track record
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and upcoming developments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-driven mindset
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Ability to speak at least one of the following: Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Gujarati, Punjabi, or Bengali
