SvitlaSystems Inc. is looking for aQELeadfor a full-time position(40 hoursper week) inArgentina.Our client is a leading technology services company that provides innovative professional solutions, including technical staff augmentation, full project execution, and expert technical architecture and design services. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in automation testing. Strong experience leading UAT for POS, payments, or retail systems (experience with the fuel industry is a significant plus). In-depth understanding of test automation across UI and API layers. Solid understanding of payment flows, including authorizations, reversals, refunds, and edge cases. Expertise in translating business workflows into clear, executable test strategies. Be comfortable working across vendors, client stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities Lead and execute the UAT phase in close collaboration with client stakeholders, the PM, the POS vendor, and the payment provider. Define, document, and own the QA strategy across manual and automated testing. Design and implement a test automation architecture aligned to the POS solution, payment provider, and supporting systems. Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts for regression and critical-path workflows (UI and API). Coordinate defect triage, prioritization, and re-testing with vendors and internal delivery teams. Mentor QA Tester(s) and promote best practices in test design, execution, and documentation. Provide clear go/no-go recommendations for UAT sign-off and release readiness. Success Criteria UAT runs predictably with clearly defined entry and exit criteria; Critical business workflows are automated, not just manually tested; The client is left with a maintainable, scalable automation foundation — not throwaway scripts.
