Responsible for loading and unloading baggage, cargo, and mail onto and from aircrafts. Transport baggage, cargo, and mail to designated areas within the airport. Ensure all baggage, cargo, and mail are loaded and unloaded accurately and efficiently. Adhere to safety regulations and protocols while handling and transporting luggage, cargo, and mail. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the ramp area. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure timely and smooth operations. Assist with aircraft maintenance tasks, such as de-icing and aircraft pushback. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers by addressing any concerns or inquiries. Report any equipment malfunctions or damaged items to supervisors. Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed. Follow company policies and procedures at all times. Work as part of a team to meet tight deadlines and ensure on-time departures. Attend training sessions and meetings as required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
