Real Estate Broker: Sales & Rentals | Dubai | UAE RERA BRN Required

We are actively hiring experienced Real Estate Brokers to join our growing Sales & Rentals team in Dubai.

This role is for brokers who want consistent leads, strong backend support, clear KPIs, and the ability to scale earnings in a structured, professional brokerage. If you know the Dubai market, can manage your pipeline, and are serious about closing deals, we want to speak with you. As a Real Estate Broker, you will manage the full transaction lifecycle across residential and/or commercial properties, including sales and rentals. You will work with qualified inbound leads, your own network, and strong marketing support, while being backed by dedicated QA, conveyancing, admin, and marketing teams.

This is a performance-driven role with transparency, accountability, and real career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads via portals, referrals, networking, and social media
  • Respond to new leads promptly and professionally
  • Build and manage an active client pipeline using Bitrix24 CRM
  • Conduct property viewings, open houses, and virtual tours
  • Prepare listings with accurate pricing and market positioning
  • Negotiate offers and close sales and rental transactions
  • Coordinate DLD transfers, Ejari, NOCs, and documentation
  • Maintain full RERA, KYC, and AML compliance
  • Follow up post-transaction to generate referrals and repeat business

About you

You thrive working independently while contributing strongly within a team environment. You are motivated, people-focused, and genuinely passionate about helping clients secure the right property. As a true self-starter, you take ownership of your results and operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, treating the role as your own business.

  • Ideally you have a minimum 2 years of real estate brokerage experience in Dubai
  • Active RERA Broker Registration Number (BRN)
  • Proven record of closed transactions
  • Strong understanding of DLD, Ejari, Oqood, MOUs, and tenancy contracts
  • Experience using property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle)
  • Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Experience in both sales and rentals
  • Off-plan and secondary market exposure
  • CRM-driven brokerage experience
  • UAE driving licence and own vehicle
