Job Description:
The Receiving Clerk responsibilities include processing, scanning, and filing all receiving documentation; scheduling domestic carriers; maintaining inbound schedules, container charts, reports, and files; and preparing delivery documents for floor supervisors. This role also checks in delivery drivers, communicates with floor supervisors, supports OSHA 18001 and ISO 14001 systems, and assists the Distribution Administration team as needed.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift:
First Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Process, scan, and file all receiving documentation accurately
-Schedule domestic carriers for deliveries into the Millville facility
-Populate and maintain inbound schedules and container charts
-Prepare and provide delivery documents to floor supervisors
-Check in delivery drivers and communicate arrival details to floor supervisors
-Maintain current reports and organized receiving files
-Support OSHA 18001 Safety and ISO 14001 Environmental systems
-Assist with additional Distribution Administration tasks as needed

Job Requirements:
-Prior clerical experience in a distribution or transportation environment
-High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred
-Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Basic understanding of distribution and transportation processes
-Experience with a Warehouse Management System (SAP preferred)
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Highly organized, responsible, dependable, and motivated team player
-Ability to understand and properly use required tools, systems, and programs
-Willingness to complete all mandatory HR, safety, departmental, and annual HazCom training requirements
