Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team on a part-time basis, working 10-12 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and will play a key role in managing day-to-day office operations while providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and guests.
Responsibilities
- Answer and transfer phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the front entrance area to ensure safety and a welcoming environment.
- Provide clerical and administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently for various tasks.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and creativity to solve problems and improve processes.
- Effectively multitask and manage time to meet the demands of a busy front desk.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong clerical and administrative skills including filing and scanning.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to greet and interact with residents, families, and guests in a professional an caring manner.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple calls.
- Critical thinking and creativity to handle unexpected situations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
