Regional Director – Eastern

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic account management for the top accounts within the assigned region.
  • Partner closely with the VP of Sales and National Sales Director to monitor territory performance and drive monthly progress toward sales goals.
  • Analyze territory sales results and proactively work with Regional Managers to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Coordinate and support cotravel planning between Mega’Gen and Biolase Regional Managers to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong, longterm customer relationships to support retention and loyalty.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion, including upselling, crossselling, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and manage pricing structures and sheets for buying groups (e.g., Danitra, Method, and others).
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and present package options for sales representatives while protecting required company margins.
  • Monitor sales performance across the top accounts within assigned region, identifying trends and addressing any decline in revenue.
  • Weekly update meetings with VP of Sales and National Director of Sales to review rep performance and KPI’s.
  • Conduct monthly reviews with Regional Managers to identify, recover, and grow lost or underperforming business.
  • Support CRM adoption and data integrity by holding Regional Managers accountable for proper usage and timely updates.
  • Work to support educational, trade show, DSO and Dealers efforts with the Sales Team.
  • Work with accounting to manage expenses, reports, and activities within territory
  • Implementing effective sales strategies to meet sales goals for assigned region.
  • Remote directly to the VP of Sales while working in close collaboration with the National Sales Director.
  • Work with Regional Manager(s) and Sales Director for Effective Regional Management Including scheduling, pipeline / sales funnel, and geographical coverage of assigned territory for Sales Team.
  • Assist with Mega’Gen Canada as requested.
