Title: Registered Nurse Occupational Health Manager Location: Remote with 10% Travel Status: Full Time Job Summary The Occupational Health Manager at ATI Worksite Solutions (AWS) is responsible for the operational leadership and execution of occupational health services at assigned client sites. Working under the direction of the Occupational Health Director, this role ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with AWS standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. The manager leads clinical teams across multiple locations, supports staff development, ensures consistent workflow execution, and partners with clients to maintain a safe, healthy workforce. The role requires strong leadership, clinical knowledge, and the ability to manage performance in a multi-site, fast-paced environment. - Required:

- Certified Case Manager.

- Case Management practical application and/or direct ownership.
- Experience in medical surveillance.
- Experience in OSHA compliance practice.
