The business is committed to driving digital </p><p>innovation to deliver excellence in customer service.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>In this role, your key responsibilities include</strong>:</p><ul><li>To support the delivery of uBank services by managing customer interactions, executing transactions and promoting banking solutions in order to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth</li><li>Execute banking transactions and respond to customer inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality</li><li>Identify new sales leads and relationship development opportunities with cross sell, upsell and retention in order to contribute to the improvement of market and customer share of wallet with the Bank</li><li>Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure risk mitigation and operational integrity</li><li>Identify and resolve customer issues or escalate to relevant teams to ensure timely and effective solutions</li><li>Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on customer interactions and transactions to support performance tracking</li><li>Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders</li><li>Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance</li><li>Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The ideal candidate should have the following experience</strong></p><ul><li>At least 3 years of experience in banking or customer service role</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and multitasking</li><li>Time Management</li><li>Knowledge of global financial markets and trends</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><p>• Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 + Social Allowance per month.
