Remote Appointment Setter – Commission Only (B2B, Leads Provided)

Ortuas is a fast-growing AI receptionist company helping service businesses stop missing inbound calls and book more jobs automatically.

We are hiring one commission-only Remote Appointment Setter.

Leads are provided. Your job is simple: call, qualify, and book demos with business owners.

This is performance-based. High performers only.

Compensation

$75 per qualified appointment that shows up and moves forward with us.

Average rep can earn $1,500–$4,000+ per month based on performance.

No cap on earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Call service-based business owners (leads provided)
  • Ask how they currently handle inbound calls
  • Identify missed call or call-management problems
  • Briefly introduce our AI receptionist solution
  • Book qualified demos into our calendar

What Makes an Appointment Qualified

  • Decision-maker (owner or authorized manager)

No show = not paid.

Requirements

  • Confident English speaking ability
  • Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
  • Previous cold calling experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Comfortable working commission-only
