Remote Apprentice Program Coordinator

Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Apprentice Program Coordinator to manage and enhance their remote apprenticeship initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and success of our apprenticeship programs, supporting both apprentices and sponsoring employers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills, with a passion for workforce development and career training. You will be responsible for coordinating program logistics, tracking apprentice progress, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines. This fully remote position requires a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently. Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating all aspects of the apprenticeship program, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of apprentices. Developing and maintaining program documentation, including training plans, schedules, and progress reports. Facilitating communication between apprentices, employers, and training providers. Tracking apprentice progress, ensuring timely completion of training milestones and required hours. Assisting with the development and delivery of program orientation and training materials. Managing program databases and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Monitoring program compliance with federal, state, and company regulations. Responding to inquiries from potential apprentices and employers regarding program details. Identifying and resolving issues that may arise within the program. Coordinating with external training providers and educational institutions. Gathering feedback from participants to identify areas for program improvement. Generating regular reports on program status, key performance indicators, and outcomes. Assisting with program marketing and outreach efforts to attract new participants.
The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proven experience in program coordination, administration, or a related field is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management is essential. Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this remote role. A background in human resources, education, or workforce development is a plus.
