[Remote] Clinical Research Accounts Receivable Supervisor

They are seeking a Clinical Research Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee the operations of the accounts receivable team, ensuring timely revenue capture and optimal cash flow while fostering a high-performance culture.


Responsibilities

  • Supervises day-to-day operations of the clinical trials management system accounts receivable team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
  • Cultivates a top-tier team by identifying skill gaps and facilitating targeted training in clinical trials management system navigation and advanced collections strategies
  • Oversees clinical research billing and collections processes to ensure timely revenue capture and optimal cash flow
  • Analyzes accounts receivable aging reports and clinical trials management system financial metrics to provide leadership with actionable data-driven insights, serving as a key advisor on fiscal health
  • Fosters collaborative relationships and seamless communication across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to synchronize financial reporting with clinical trial activities

Skills

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
  • Extensive background in the clinical research revenue cycle
  • Strong foundational understanding of clinical trial agreements
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred
  • Experience with a major clinical trial management system (Clinical Conductor preferred)
