[Remote] Databricks Architect | Remote W/requirements | No C2C

TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking an experienced Data Architect with a strong focus on designing and managing data platform solutions using Databricks technologies on the Azure cloud. This role supports the data and analytics team to ensure business value is derived from the data infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Delta Live Tables (DLT) pipeline design and orchestration
- Databricks Workflows / Jobs configuration and scheduling
- Dimensional data modeling (star/snowflake schemas, slowly changing dimensions)
- Metadata framework design and data cataloging strategy
- Performance tuning and cost optimization within the Databricks platform
- Unity Catalog governance and access control design
- Databricks-centric data architecture expertise
- Databricks Professional Data Engineer Certification
Skills
- Must live in; AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, TX, UT, WA, or WY
- Must be able to work on a W‑2 basis now and in the future
- Experienced Data Architect with a strong focus on designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end data platform solutions using Databricks technologies on the Azure cloud
