[Remote] Growth Marketing Manager, Self-Service Revenue

This role will focus on increasing eStore revenue for the Autodesk Construction Cloud portfolio by leading growth strategies and collaborating with various teams to optimize conversion and drive traffic.


Responsibilities

  • EStore Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase visits, conversions, and revenue for our Construction Software eStore
  • Performance Marketing: Launch and optimize paid and organic acquisition campaigns to drive qualified traffic to the eStore
  • Conversion Optimization: Implement A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages and checkout flows to improve conversion rates
  • Tracking & Attribution: Build robust tracking frameworks for revenue attribution and campaign ROI
  • Trial Conversion Programs: Design lifecycle campaigns to convert trial users into paying customers via the eStore
  • AI & Automation: Deploy AI-driven workflows and marketing automation to scale eCommerce campaigns efficiently
  • Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and product teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives

Skills

  • 5+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with proven eCommerce experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; master's degree preferred
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot) analytics platforms and Salesforce CRM
  • Experience understanding of paid media channels and conversion optimization
  • Experience implementing A/B testing and multivariate experiments
  • Experience with B2C or familiarity with B2B SaaS
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing workflows
  • Advanced Excel or BI tool proficiency (Power BI, Tableau)
