The role involves crafting a comprehensive content strategy, leading high-performance production, and driving measurable growth through innovative content formats.


Responsibilities

  • Craft the full Instagram playbook: Reels, carousels, graphics, Stories
  • Invent signature formats and creative DNA that make the brand instantly recognizable
  • Map quarterly roadmaps tied directly to revenue-driving business goals
  • Lock in a magnetic, repeatable on-camera persona for Natasha
  • Engineer addictive Reels with elite pacing, hooks, captions, story arcs, and motion design
  • Design crisp, high-taste carousels that stop scrolls and drive saves/shares
  • Script + prep Natasha for high-energy, crystal-clear shoots
  • Direct on-camera: energy, delivery, presence, lighting, vibe—get every take elite
  • Run a disciplined, high-velocity machine: 7–21 Reels per week, 7+ premium carousels/graphics weekly, Always-on strategic Stories
  • Deliver polished, optimized packages early—zero chaos
  • Build bulletproof SOPs, workflows, asset libraries, and naming conventions
  • Own end-to-end: ideation → scripting → filming → editing (with editors) → QC → scheduling → analysis
