[Remote] Integration Engineer III, Cleo

As an Integration Engineer III, Cleo, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced data integration workflows, mentor team members, and drive innovation in EDI and SQL-based processes. Responsibilities • Serve as the Senior SME for Cleo Integration Cloud implementation • Lead the development of EDI integrations and SQL-based ETL workflows • Architect robust and scalable data integration solutions across multiple systems • Hands-on implementation of complex data transformation, movement, and monitoring logic • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and leadership • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define integration strategies and requirements • Analyze and resolve complex data and integration issues efficiently • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging integration technologies • Document and streamline integration processes for team scalability • Participate in an after-hours on call support rotation • Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures • Perform other duties as assigned Skills • Must possess 5-7+ years' experience implementing B2B integrations, focused on EDI • Served as the SME during early-stage Cleo Integration Cloud platform implementations, including net new transaction sets and business processes • 4+ years' hands-on experience in Cleo Integration Cloud or EXTOL Integrator • 2+ years' hands-on experience with SQL integrations and ETL processes • In-depth knowledge of X12/EDIFACT standards and data transformation techniques • Proficiency in defining and maintaining JSON schemas, focused on standardization • Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts • Working knowledge of Java-based code, with some hands-on development experience • The ability to advocate cross functionally for data integration techniques that encourage accuracy, efficiency, and scalability • Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members • Understanding of file transfer protocols include SFTP and AS2 • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies in the data integration space • Must be eligible to work in the United States • At this time, EFW will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position • EFW prides itself on the quality of its employees and as such, candidates who receive a job offer will be required to successfully pass a drug screen and a background check • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred and 5-7+ years' experience in EDI • 4+ years' experience in Cleo Integration Cloud • 2+ years' experience with SQL integrations Benefits • Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays • 401(k) plan with company match • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Short- and long-term disability plans • Life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance • Job referral bonus program Company Overview • Estes Forwarding Worldwide is a logistics company specializing in domestic delivery services.
