[Remote] Loan Support Analyst Senior- Workflow Coordinator - ABF Servicing

The Loan Support Analyst Senior - Workflow Coordinator will monitor incoming notices and manage communications for the Asset-Backed Finance Servicing organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transaction processing.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the first line of defense for monitoring incoming notices from Agent Banks and Clients by managing assigned mailboxes
- Review, save, and route notices accurately to the appropriate Loan Analyst for timely processing
- Deliver high priority notices to the correct Loan Analyst with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate identification of:
- Effective date
- Transaction type
- Customer name
- Save advance notices using established standard naming conventions in both the shared drive and SharePoint
- Communicate closely with Loan Analysts to interpret and clarify notices, as Loan Analysts rely on Workflow Coordinators for 100% accuracy
- Assist Loan Analysts with researching notices and resolving discrepancies as needed
- Executes varied and complex transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures
- Processes and/or reconciles varied and complex transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents or other action items to complete transactions
- Identifies and may resolve exceptions; escalates appropriately
- May interact with customers and have assigned accounts or portfolio
- Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions
- May assist with training/coaching of new hires
- May serve as a subject matter resource for the team
- Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests
- Completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received
- Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures
