[Remote] Project Coordinator, Professional Services (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Procore Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their professional services team, responsible for the successful delivery management of professional service engagements. The role involves overseeing projects to help clients maximize the impact of Procore’s technology while ensuring compliance with standards and managing resources effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to develop project strategies and project plans that focus on business-based outcomes. This includes leading initial client discovery and kickoff meetings, developing Gantt project plans, managing resources and risks, building change management strategies, and fostering relationships with global clients
  • Collaborate with key contacts, technical leadership, and our Customer Success department to execute onboarding strategies
  • Coordinate project schedules and resources
  • Develop and implement repeatable processes and templates to create efficiencies and standardize where possible
  • Remain current on customer needs, industry trends, and market activities to build trust and relationships with key contacts
  • Provide the highest level of service and support to clients through diligent, proactive communication
  • Communicate with fellow team members through various channels to enhance personal and team skills and best practices
  • Possess a working knowledge of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies

Skills

  • 2+ years experience managing SaaS projects, developing custom project plans, forecasting resources, tracking and managing risk, and building change management strategies
  • History of servicing a high volume of customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Successful management of projects and professional services within a defined, limited scope
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for project management and organization
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage schedules and maintain project documentation
  • Highly proactive and operates with a strong sense of urgency, consistently driving initiatives forward and anticipating challenges before they arise
  • 2+ years of experience working in construction operations or technical support of operations preferred
