Job Overview

We are seeking a *CURRENTLY LICENSED PROPERTY & CASUALTY* passionate, self-driven, natural born EXPERIENCED sales person with a desire to make a difference in both people's lives and their own. This is not your everyday insurance sales opportunity. The Allstate Wentz Agency is offering a CAREER with short term opportunity for Management Promotion as long as goals are met. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. This position has the potential to develop into a Profit Sharing Vice President with a proven track record of success. You will not find a better opportunity in Insurance Sales. Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • **CURRENTLY LICENSED** in PROPERTY and CASUALTY (life and health will not be considered)
  • Prior P&C Sales Experience with a proven track record of success
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Minimum $25k in new business premium Monthly.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
