<Job Summary>
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Reservation Executive

In this role, you will be the handling the queries both international and domestic.

Your main role will be to work on queries and convert them into sales.

Daily mails to clients suppliers, hotels, book attractions and follow up etc.

Maintain google sheets with daily updates, contact for guests and clients, ensuring seamless booking experiences and exceptional customer service.

Your proactive approach will help maximize reservations, enhance guest satisfaction, and support the overall success If you thrive in a fast-paced .!

<Duties>

  • Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with energy and professionalism
  • Assist guests in booking accommodations, travel arrangements, and related services efficiently and accurately
  • Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience
  • Manage reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with front desk staff and other departments to coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and special occasions
  • Follow up with guests post-stay to gather feedback and foster long-term relationships

<Qualifications>

  • Candidate from travel industry background with 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of travel planning and reservation systems;
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry trends and local attractions is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.87 - $28.75 per hour
