Job Description: As a Reservation Sales Agent at Mountain Time Vacation Rentals, you will lead the Guest Experience and Owner Relations department. Your primary responsibility is to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they inquire about our vacation homes. You'll build relationships with guests and owners through various communication channels and lead funnels, such as phone, text, web chat, and email. You will be the guiding voice for guests when booking one of our 175+ vacation homes and liaison for owner questions and inquires.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Execute our innovative sales strategies to surpass revenue and sales targets, continually optimizing approaches to drive growth.
  • Sales Team Member: Work with our Sales Manager to drive the sales effort, meeting clear sales objectives and offering ongoing support to guests and homeowners to ensure goals are not just met but exceeded.
  • Lead Generation Mastery: Leverage our lead funnel software (Track Pulse) to effectively convert Guest Leads into Bookings and owner Leads into Clients.
  • Customer Conversion Excellence: Manage the sales pipeline to facilitate the conversion of leads into loyal repeat guests, ensuring meticulous follow-up and nurturing of client relationships.
  • Guest Relations: Assist guests before, during, and after their stay to address issues promptly and ensure 5 Star Reviews.
  • Owner Communication: Establish and nurture transparent communication channels with property owners, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain open dialogue to address inquiries and feedback, ensuring a high level of owner satisfaction.
  • Owner Retention & Expansion: Execute department strategies to retain existing property owners.
  • Issue Resolution & Feedback Collection: Swiftly address guest concerns and complaints, proactively seeking effective solutions to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Implement robust systems for collecting and analyzing guest feedback, driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years recent experience in sales, hospitality, front desk, hotel and/or call centers
  • Familiar with lead tracking software and lead funnels
  • Must have high speed WIFI, quiet professional workspace
