About the role:

The Customer Success Leadcentralone of the main business contact points between our clients and

our their customers.

The primary focus of the Customer Success Lead will be to drive satisfaction and

increase service revenue from existing customer utilization.

The Customer Success Lead is responsible for understanding our customer's organizations, key

stakeholders, business objectives, KPI's and targets and capability needs, KPI's & objectives and for formulating a strategy to align delivery account plans with our customer's drivers' objectives and requirements.

The Customer Success Lead will have periodic meetings and calls with their assigned customers and with other staff serving these customers, including Account Managers, Technical Leads and Project Managers.

Responsibilities:

Establish credible relationships with customers

Drive revenue opportunities with existing customers

Develop a strategy for each customer

Monitor customer use of the solution and identifies business and solution issues and

opportunities

Understand Articulate customer's needs, document customer roadmaps and obtain their

buy-deliver to plan

Drive delivery of the roadmaps Drive and drive corresponding incremental revenue from existing

customers

Monitor customer use of the Retalon solution and identifies business and solution issues and

opportunities

Escalate solution issues to VP of Consulting, Project Managers or Support as required

Identify options and facilitate problem-solving process

Qualifications:

You're a fit for this role if you:

Have Experience experience in the retail space: Inventory management/ management,

planning, pricing Optimization

Have Prior experience in a Customer Success, Account Management or Sales Executive role

Track record Evidence of driving incremental revenue from existing customers

Have experience in an agile software development environment, preferably Software as a

service (SaaS), with a strong understanding of the software development life cycle

Soft Skills that would make you an ideal candidate:
