For Brooks Brothers EU, one of The Level Group’s ventures, we are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Castel Romano.

As part of this team, you’ll play an active role in driving sales performance while representing the brand’s values, aesthetics, and standards. You will work closely with a passionate and diverse group of professionals, contributing directly to the success of the store and the overall business.

What you'll do:

  • Sales Customer Experience

  • Act as a leader on the shop floor, driving sales and modeling outstanding customer service and clienteling.

  • Support the team in achieving individual and store sales targets while maintaining high selling standards.

  • Manage the sales process and customer relationships in line with the Company’s guidelines and expectations.

  • Guide customers through the purchasing decision-making process, responding to inquiries about products and services.

  • Track and record relevant sales and customer data to support internal analysis and performance monitoring.


Fashion Leadership Brand Representation

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting the brand’s identity and values.

  • Stay up to date with fashion trends and demonstrate the ability to create engaging, on-brand looks for clients.

  • Support visual and merchandising activities, including window displays, sample setup, and merchandise arrangement.


Store Operations

  • Assist in the proper management and organization of the stockroom.

  • Support daily in-store activities to ensure a smooth and efficient retail environment.


What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales and people management, preferably within fashion or luxury environments.

  • Strong communication and observational skills, with attention to both customer behavior and team dynamics.

  • Ability to retain and apply product knowledge and Company policies effectively.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.

  • A proactive, sales-oriented mindset with a collaborative and hands-on approach.
